Islam Can Kiss My Atheist Ass

For those of you who complain that I only 'pick on' Christians, then this post is for you. I want to join all of the atheist bloggers out there who are posting this cartoon which has caused such a furor in the Islamic world. I would encourage more of you to post this image as a form of support for free speech and as a message to the Islamic world that one bigoted group of religious fanatics in our country is enough. Go find another country. We like our Christian whackos.

Wow, now that is really something to get your turban in a twist over huh? Jesus, I thought some Christians were overly defensive. Let me state for the record that as an atheist, I would much rather live in a country dominated by Christianity than by Islam. No contest. At least I don't have to worry about losing my hands or being be-headed for Criticizing or mocking the Christians. At least not yet.

I am emphatically anti-christian, but I couldn't agree with Alan more. Some of you reality-challenged people might want to listen to Richard Dawkins, and hear what might lie in wait for a religious backlash as more atheists come together. It'd be nice to see some logic for once.

Hmm? So what religion are you Bren? I am proud to say that I don't have 'Love' for any religion. I have plenty of 'Love' for people though. Do you understand the difference? I doubt it if you are one of the brainwashed drones of religion.

I agree that having a christian dominated society would be better than islam..or would it??? Look at the people hanged and burned for being witches. Look at the black people killed by hooded christians in horrendous ways right on our soil. Look at that black man dragged by a rope behind a pick-up truck in Texas till his head fell off. If any religious group came to control the world, I would don a parka and take my chances with the penquins in Antarctica!

I would only prefer this as a lesser of two evils type of choice and only with the present attitudes in general of these two religions. In other words, I would rather live in America (Christian dominated) than Saudi Arabia (Muslim dominated). Given my choice I would prefer to live in a truly secular society.

I do wonder stardust if you really expected a warm response at a site with the two words "God" and "Guns" in the same breath. i suggest next time visiting the nearest KKK blog and hope to hear love and understanding about inter-racial marraiges or Rap music. However, I hope you know that there are some Christians out there who actually DO believe Jesus when he said "Blessed are the Peacemakers" I find it ironic that the same people that are griping about the ten comandments being taken down at school arent griping that "blessed are the peacemakers" is not posted on thier "Nation under God's" pentagon walls let alone their own walls at home by their gunrack.

Sorry, but I hear so many of my liberal or moderate Christian friends and readers criticize fundaMentalists on my blog, but I never see them doing it to the nut-jobs themselves. It would be nice to not hear excuses but to see your version of 'nice' Christianity in action against the wing-nuts.

none-the-less now that i am back and see where she reponded ill drop by again. But, in my defense, i am involved in a few other blogs where i do push for conservative nuttos to chill and be more like the person they are representing. i do have a limit on how many blogs i interfere with at one time. counting yours its at 5 and thats plenty.
